Poole College of Management Hosts BioSciences Forum

The Biosciences Management Initiative in the Poole College of Management hosts its eighth annual BioSciences Forum on Friday, Oct. 26 at the North Carolina Biotechnology Center in Research Triangle Park.

Bioscience experts will discuss the challenges and opportunities in their industry. Also check out a poster session showcasing work by graduate students in the Jenkins MBA program and the Master of Microbial Biotechnology program at the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

The BioSciences Forum begins at 7 a.m. with registration and a continental breakfast, with the final presentation ending at noon. This event is open to the public at no charge, but registration is requested. This year’s speakers include executives from GlaxoSmithKline, Biotechnology Transfer, LLC, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and Richard Kouri, director of the BioSciences Management Initiative.
