Creative Work Honored

NC State’s marketing efforts were honored with more than a dozen awards this week at a conference for advancement professionals. University Communications staff won 10 awards, primarily for their work promoting NC State’s 125th anniversary, while the Alumni Association magazine picked up two awards and a fundraising publication for the new Hunt Library scored another.

The awards were presented in Atlanta on Tuesday at the annual conference for the southeast region of the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education, a professional organization with more than 65,000 members representing 3,400 schools.
