You’re invited to a retirement reception for Cynthia DeLuca, 3:30 to 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, in the Joyner Visitor Center. DeLuca, associate vice provost of Enrollment Management and Services, is retiring after 28 years at NC State.
