Innovative Women’s Conference Oct. 24

The NC State Jenkins MBA Student Association will host its inaugural Innovative Women’s Conference Friday, Oct. 24, in the Talley Student Union ballroom. The conference will bring together women in the Triangle area — from graduate students to entrepreneurs to corporate executives — to discuss and learn about business innovation, science, technology and entrepreneurship.

The conference kicks off Thursday, Oct. 23, with an evening networking social at HQ Raleigh, a shared workspace for entrepreneurs and startups. On Friday a full slate of speakers, panels, workshops and networking will run from 8:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

The conference is co-hosted by e51, an organization dedicated to building an ecosystem in the Triangle that cultivates high-impact female entrepreneurs. For more information or to register, visit the conference website or email Rachel Huffman, social chair of the Jenkins MBA Student Association, at rehuffma@ncsu.edu, or Claire Jefferies, the association’s assistant director of alumni and student services, at clair_jefferies@ncsu.edu.
