Campus Police Earn Flagship Status
The Campus Police Department has earned flagship status from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA).
The designation is for accredited, top-tier public safety agencies that provide examples of best practices in compliance, policy development, file maintenance and other issues related to the accreditation process.
CALEA, established in 1979, offers voluntary accreditation for police and sheriff’s departments.
