Sweet Potato Sale/Fundraiser
It’s not too late to order your premium eastern North Carolina sweet potatoes from the NC State student branch of the American Society of Biological and Agricultural Engineers (ASABE). As part of its annual fundraiser ASABE is selling premium North Carolina sweet potatoes, a mainstay on the supper table during the holiday season.
The potatoes come in decorative boxes and cost $10 per 10-pound box along with a free recipe booklet. Place your orders by end of day Tuesday, Nov. 13 or show up on Nov. 15 and 16 pick-up days under the pavilion at Weaver Laboratories. Read more and place your orders.
