Barthalmus Memorial on Sunday

The NC State family will get a chance to celebrate the life of Dr. George Barthalmus, a longtime professor and administrator who passed away this week.

A celebration of Barthalmus’ life is scheduled for 2-4 p.m. Sunday, May 15, at the McKimmon Center. The family asks that everyone wear brightly colored clothing, noting that Barthalmus would not have wanted anything somber.

Also, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the George T. and Marina T. Barthalmus Scholarship Fund at the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
