Bookstore Reopens in Harrelson

Have you seen the new bookstore location in Harrelson Hall yet? Think of it as an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of progress toward a new Talley Student Center.

The temporary bookstore, which opened Monday, has wall-sized Wolfpack graphics to point the way. For the next three years, Harrelson is where you’ll find textbooks, supplies and NC State clothing, along with offices for many student organizations and services.

A grand opening and ribbon-cutting celebration will be held for the new location on move-in weekend, Aug. 12-14.

The building on Dunn Avenue that had housed the bookstore since 1959 closed permanently on June 27. Construction fencing will surround the former location this summer.
