“NC State University gave me the foundation to achieve, and has been a part of my family life for the last quarter century,” Hartman said. “I am honored and excited for the opportunity to help promote a community I love so dearly, especially at a time of such great pride with the celebration of our 125th anniversary.”
Hartman graduated from NC State with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He begins his new position Aug. 13.
