CVM Open House March 29

The College of Veterinary Medicine will host an open house on Saturday, March 29, to give the public an insider’s view of transformative animal medicine at one of the nation’s top veterinary colleges. The open house runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and features more than 45 exhibits, special demonstrations, and opportunities to get up close with various animals large and small.

This year, attendees will be able to tour the Smithsonian Institution’s 1,000-square-foot traveling interactive museum exhibit “Animal Connections – Our Journey Together,” as well as speak with NC State research faculty about recent discoveries in regenerative medicine, infectious diseases and genomics. As always, the open house includes attractions for young children.

The event is free and open to the public. Please do not bring pets to the open house and, in keeping with animal health regulations, please do not attend if you have traveled overseas after March 8.
