Sign Up for Seed Grant Workshop

There is still room available for NC State faculty who would like to participate in an Office of Faculty Development workshop called “Developing a Quality Extension Seed Grant Proposal.” Registration is available online.

The workshop is slated for Wednesday, Nov. 5, from 10-11:30 a.m. in the OFD Conference Room (405 Clark Hall).

Extension, Engagement and Economic Development Seed Grants are designed to stimulate faculty and EPA professionals to address the needs of North Carolina and beyond, to encourage external and multidisciplinary partnerships and to leverage additional funds for extension, engagement and economic development endeavors.

This workshop will help faculty learn tips for developing their own Extension Seed Grant proposals from a panel of successful seed grant recipients and knowledgeable reviewers. Information presented is applicable to both novice grant writers and those who want to strengthen their skills.
