Fall Address Slated for Oct. 5

Plan to attend Chancellor Randy Woodson’s fall address for an update on NC State’s goals for the coming year and a review of recent successes in fundraising, academics, research and outreach.

The annual event is scheduled for 10–11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 5, in Stewart Theatre, newly renovated as part of the Talley Student Union project.

Woodson, beginning his sixth year at the helm of the state’s largest university, is expected to discuss NC State’s rising national reputation in areas such as faculty clusters, public-private collaborations and the digital humanities.

Space is limited so mark your calendar and plan to arrive early. Light refreshments will be served.
