Run Toward the Glowing Lights

The reviews are in for the Inter-Residence Council’s latest fundraising event, and they are just glowing.

For the third consecutive year, the IRC is hosting a glow-in-the-dark Run.Dance.Glow 5K run on Centennial Campus Oval on April 2 at 8 p.m. to raise money for the NC State Habitat for Humanity chapter.

There is no entry fee for on-campus residents. Off-campus residents, staff and faculty can participate in the event for $10. Anyone not affiliated with NC State can participate for $15.

Register online by April 2.

All proceeds will benefit the NC State chapter’s effort to build 11 Habitat for Humanity houses in the Raleigh area.

Everything at the nighttime event, including face painting for runners prior and post-race party, will be glow-in-the-dark.
