Prioritize Your Well-Being Your Way

Chancellor Kevin Howell shares a message ahead of the university's wellness day reminding our community to take care of themselves and one another.

Good morning, Wolfpack,

As many of you know, tomorrow, Feb. 17, is our spring semester’s scheduled wellness day. There will be no classes, and instructors are encouraged to avoid scheduling deadlines on that day as well as deadlines or tests on the following day.

Wellness days serve as a much-needed break and a valuable opportunity to reflect on how you’re doing personally. On our campus, there are many ways to connect with resources and support designed with you in mind.

Tomorrow, you’ll see events and programming for students and employees alike. I hope you’ll join me in spending time with colleagues and friends and doing something you enjoy. As the semester ramps up, it’s vital you continue to care for yourselves and one another.

Thank you, and go Pack!
