Equity for Women Winners Honored

The Council on the Status of Women honored an administrator and a student for leadership in establishing equity for women at NC State.

Jo-Ann Cohen, associate dean for academic affairs in the College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, was recognized for career achievements in filling the pipeline of female scientists.

Adrianna Harrell, a senior in the College of Humanities and Social Science, was honored as training coordinator for The Movement, a campus organization that offers workshops on preventing sexual and relationship violence.
