Attention North Carolina is getting isn’t quite what it wants, News & Observer, Charlotte Observer et al,  May 27, 2012.  When civic leaders boasted that having the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte was a chance to showcase the great things about living and working in North Carolina, they probably didn’t have recent events in mind….  Andy Taylor, a political science professor at NC State, is mentioned.
