HHS Establishes Centers to Develop Biothreat Medical Countermeasures, Homeland Security Today, June 19, 2012. The Department of Health and Human Services announced the establishment of three new centers to develop and manufacture medical countermeasures for biothreats. Novartis will head one center in Holly Springs and work with NC State and Duke.
