Is Ayn Rand still relevant today? Debate at NCSU Wednesday night, News & Observer, March 19, 2013. For all of those who care about Ayn Rand, political philosophy, political economy and the future of capitalism, this event’s for you. On Wednesday night, a debate will be held at NC State University’s Nelson Hall, room 3400 at 6:30 pm on “Capitalism vs. The Mixed Economy: Which System is Better.” Moderating the debate will be Andrew Taylor, a political science professor at NCSU.
