Tempo Industries Taps LED Industry Veteran Michael Bremser for VP R&D, Yahoo! Finance,  Feb. 25, 2013. Tempo Industries announced that LED and solid state lighting industry veteran Michael Bremser has joined the company to serve as Vice President, R&D. Bremser earned his PhD. in Materials Science and Engineering from NC State University under the guidance of Prof. Robert Davis, one of the pioneers of the epitaxial science that remains the foundation of the high-performance LED devices we see today.
