Women’s Basketball Hosts Employee Appreciation Event

NC State faculty and staff can enjoy a full afternoon of fun with the Wolfpack women’s basketball team on Saturday when it takes on Clemson in a 2 p.m. contest at Reynolds Coliseum.

The third-annual employee appreciation event is sponsored by the Staff Senate diversity committee, the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity and the athletics department.

Employees with a valid ID, as always, will receive a free general admission ticket and can purchase up to nine additional general admission tickets for $3 each using the promo code THINKANDDO at this link.

Prior to the game, staff, faculty and their guests can enjoy free pizza provided by the athletics department and participate in a raffle of prizes that include autographed items by women’s basketball coach Wes Moore, football coach Dave Doeren and tickets to upcoming men’s and women’s basketball games.

Mr. and Ms. Wuf will be on hand to mingle and pose for pictures with fans and families.

At halftime, members of the facilities and grounds departments will square off in a staff basketball game, with guest coaches Joanne Woodard and Jennifer Brown.

Following the game, all are invited to stick around for an autograph session with the junior members of the women’s basketball team, headed by Leader of the Pack Ashley Eli.
