Service Award Winners Honored
The NC State Service Awards program is back after a one-year absence to recognize employees as they reach five-year increments in their service to the university.
Human Resources recently revamped the program for SPA/EPA staff. Those who reached five- or ten-year milestones in 2013 and 2014 have been invited to an appreciation breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at the McKimmon Center (Room 1).
Those with 15, 20, 30, 35, 40 or 45 years of service have been invited to an appreciation breakfast at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 27, at the Talley Student Union Ballroom.
Chancellor Randy Woodson will attend both events to extend his thanks for those who have reached milestones in their university service.
Employees who have qualified for the service awards have been notified by email and postcard. Eligible participants five or 10 years of service can register for the event at go.ncsu.edu/service. Those with 15, 20, 30, 35, 40 or 45 years of service can register at go.ncsu.edu/serviceawards.
