Right on the edge of our campus, Hillsborough Street is a go-to destination for grabbing a bite, shopping and even the occasional street festival.

If you’re cooking up your own gourmet creations (or just looking for some healthy groceries), Raleigh’s farmer’s market is close to campus and open seven days a week. 
Located in the heart of Raleigh, Dorothea Dix Park is our largest city park — and a great place to watch the sun set over the skyline. 
We’ve got renowned museums, like the nearby North Carolina Museum of Art. You can soak up culture and nature in its public park with art installations, contemporary gardens, walking trails and even an outdoor concert series. 
Another great place to get outdoors? Pullen Park, where you can spend a whimsical afternoon renting pedal boats, riding a carousel or daydreaming under giant oaks. 
Some of the top tech companies in the world are located here in the Research Triangle region — including industry partners with offices right on our Centennial Campus.

Take the ultimate study break at Lake Raleigh, also located on our Centennial Campus. You can fish, mountain bike, hike, rent paddle boards and kayaks, and more.
