Meet the Finalists for NC State’s Next Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation

The university community is invited to attend open forums with the candidates, followed by Q&A sessions.

Four finalists for the vice chancellor for research and innovation have been selected for on-campus interviews. Several constituent groups will have opportunities to meet with each finalist. The entire NC State community is invited to open forums, which are followed by question-and-answer sessions.

The open forums will be held in Talley Student Union and include the option to participate via Zoom webinar. The presentations will be recorded and made available upon request after the last finalist interview. The open forum dates are: 

  • Finalist 1: Tuesday, Jan. 28, 9:45-10:45 a.m., Talley Student Union, Currituck Ballroom, and via Zoom webinar
  • Finalist 2: Thursday, Jan. 30, 9:45-10:45 a.m., Talley Student Union, Currituck Ballroom, and via Zoom webinar
  • Finalist 3: Monday, Feb. 3, 9:45-10:45 a.m., Talley Student Union, Currituck Ballroom, and via Zoom webinar
  • Finalist 4: Wednesday, Feb. 12, 9:45-10:45 a.m., Talley Student Union, Room 3222, and via Zoom webinar

NC State Executive Search Services will email interview participants separately with the date, time and location of each finalist interview. In-person participation is preferred, but virtual attendance is also appreciated.
