Exercise and Eat Well at Work
Pack your sneakers for the Monday Mile, an ongoing walk for staff, faculty and students hosted by Lisa Eberhart, registered dietitian with University Dining. “Exercise is so important and almost everyone can walk a mile,” Eberhart says. The first Monday Mile leaves from the Belltower at 4 p.m., Monday, Sept. 10. That same date, University Dining launches Fresh-Start Mondays which (as the name suggests) entails adding more fresh and healthy fruit and produce options throughout all dining halls.
