Bridgelux Appoints Tech Veteran Cem Basceri as New CTO, LEDinside, Feb. 20, 2014. Bridgelux, announced semiconductor industry veteran Dr. Cem Basceri has joined its Executive Staff as CTO and will oversee technology and product development programs. Basceri earned his Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from NC State.
