Celebrated Rhode Island author and photographer Traer Scott has captured that magical time in a canine’s journey in a charming new coffee table book entitled “Newborn Puppies: Dogs in Their First Three Weeks” (Chronicle Books, 2013). After graduating from North Carolina State University and the New England School of Photography in the late 1990s, Scott settled in Providence— where she had spent a college summer internship at Brown University.
