James F. Allen, News & Observer, May 19, 2013. James Fontaine Allen died on May 15, 2013 after a long period of declining health. He attended Mars Hill College and graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Forestry. James was a long time member of the N.C. State Wolfpack Club.
