Nash County native tapped to head state prison in Johnston County, Rocky Mount Telegram, Oct. 23, 2013. Nash County native Drew Stanley recently was named the new superintendent of Johnston Correctional Institution in Smithfield. Stanley graduated from NC State with a degree in political science.
