Oxford names new police chief

Oxford names new police chief, ABC11 – WTVD, Aug. 17, 2013. The City of Oxford announced Alvin “Al” Coley as its new Chief of Police. Coley is a United States Army veteran and has a master’s degree in education and criminal justice from NC State University.
