Seminar to showcase NC aquatic life, Jacksonville Daily News, Feb. 19, 2014. Onslow County Public Library and the Swansboro Friends of the Library will host Executive Vice President Mark Joyner of the nonprofit NC Aquarium Society at the Swansboro Recreation Center. Joyner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and a Master’s degree in Education from NC State.
