Stellar Energy enters North Carolina large-scale solar market, PV Magazine, Feb. 28, 2013. Stellar Energy hired Chris Larsen as Director of Southeast Project Development. Larsen earned his master’s in mechanical engineering from NC State University. From 1996 to 2001, he was the Director of Policy Programs at NC State University’s Solar Center, specializing in distributed generation and utility interconnection issues.
