TEACHER OF THE WEEK: Hal Davis, WITN, Oct. 23, 2013. Northeast Regional School of Biotechnology and Agriscience (NRSBA), created in partnership with NC State’s College of Agriculture, the NC State Board of Education and other state agencies, is an “early college high school where students can earn up to 2 years of college credit along with their high school diploma. Hal Davis, an educator and principal from NRSBA, received a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Education from NC State.
