Scotty to Headline Packapalooza

Country music superstar Scotty McCreery will headline this year’s Packapalooza, slated for Hillsborough Street on Saturday, Aug. 23.

The annual all-day block party and street festival caps Wolfpack Welcome Week and includes great music, activities and entertainment for the whole family.
