Ranjithan Honored

Dr. Ranji Ranjithan will receive an award from the Environmental & Water Resources Institute for writing the best research paper of 2009. He will receive the award at the World Environmental & Water Resources Congress in Providence, R.I., next month. Ranjithan’s co-author on the paper was Dr. Emily Zechman, an NC State graduate who is now an assistant professor at Texas A&M University, College Station.

Ranjithan is a professor of civil, construction and environmental engineering.
