KAIST prof. named future planning and science minister

KAIST prof. named future planning and science minister, Korea Times, March 14, 2013. President Park Geun-hye named Prof. Choi Mun-kee, 62, of the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) to head the Ministry of Future Planning and Science, Thursday. Choi majored in applied mathematics at Seoul National University and received a Ph.D. in industrial engineering from North Carolina State University.
