New-tech tourism marketplace to be presented, Outer Banks Sentinel, Dec. 5, 2012. Saltwater Connections invites entrepreneurs to learn about People-First Tourism, a new online marketplace for buying and selling authentic tourism experiences. People-First Tourism is a project of NC State University, NC Cooperative Extension Service and NC Rural Economic Development Center.
