Walters elected chair of NC Board of Nursing, The Stokes News, May 14, 2013. Peggy Campbell Walters, EdD, MSN, MEd, NEA-BC, has been elected chair of the North Carolina Board of Nursing for 2013. Dr. Walters is a graduate of South Stokes High School, Forsyth Technical Community College, Winston Salem State University, North Carolina State University, and Duke University.
