Yow Receives 2-Year Extension, Raise

NC State athletics director Deborah A. Yow receives a two-year extension and a raise by the NC State Board of Trustees. She will earn a total annual compensation package of $690,000.

Athletics Elects 2016 HOF Class

Six new members have been elected into the NC State Athletic Hall of Fame and will be added at an induction ceremony in the fall of 2016, when renovations at Reynolds Coliseum are complete.

Help Gottfried Help The V Foundation

Current NC State men's basketball coach Mark Gottfried is participating in the Infiniti Coaches' Charity Challenge, in hopes of raising money to benefit the late Jim Valvano. Fans can vote once a day to help Gottfried raise $100,000 for The V Foundation.

NCAAs Returning to PNC Arena in 2016

NC State basketball first hosted the NCAAs in 1951. The first and second rounds of the 2016 men's tournament will return to PNC Arena, for the second time in three years and the fourth time since the building opened in 1999.
