Poppies, Flyover to Mark WWI Centenary

Attend a ceremony at the Belltower on Tuesday to mark the one-hundredth anniversary of the end of World War I. The plaza will be decorated with thousands of real and artificial red poppies, the internationally recognized symbol of remembrance.

Belltower Event Commemorates End of WWI

A May 1 event marking the centennial anniversary of the end of the First World War features a flyover of F-15 fighters, a 21-gun salute and a carpet of poppies. The Belltower ceremony is open to the public.
