Student Body President Outlines LGBTQ Goals
Jackie Gonzalez, elected student body president for the coming academic year, has a keen interest in LGBTQ issues she hopes to address during her tenure. Working with diversity outreach director J Hallen, Gonzalez recently issued a statement about her plan.
Coaches Corner Unveiled
On the same day that Reynolds Coliseum reopened, a student-led initiative to honor four accomplished basketball coaches with full-sized statues was unveiled in the breezeway between Reynolds Coliseum and the Talley Student Union. Everett Case, Norm Sloan, Jim Valvano and Kay Yow will stand guard and welcome students and visitors alike.
